HERO CAT is an online web game that uses the Bitkub Blockchain system to create transparency in in-game transactions. The game can be played by signing up for a Metamask Wallet account instead of an ID and password. Metamask Wallet acts as your account ID, so the account owners are responsible for that account.
For game items and fictional characters within the game, the developers use NFTs (ERC-721) so players can collect them, although the game may end in service in the future.
For coins, ores, accumulated points, and other in-game resources, the developer uses a Token (ERC-20) to allow players to exchange conveniently between players. The game developer does not focus on the HERO CAT as a "play to earn" game but focuses on making the game fun. It's a "play to fun" game.
The game has prizes to enjoy by staking Bitkub POS listed in Whitepaper and KUB Coin staked will not be sold. As a result, the game has an inconsistent reward for players. It is based on the Reward from Stake Bitkub POS. In addition, the developer also uses the revenue received from the sale of game items to be awarded to players in various events.
The developer has no influence on the price fluctuation of NFTs and Tokens within the game. NFTs will be sold within the game at a fixed price and place the Liquidity Pool for Tokens at the beginning only. When the game open, the price will follow the Player's Demand / Supply.
The developer does not encourage playing this game as a form of financial investment.

Termination
-You or the developer of HERO CAT may terminate your account at any time for any reason without causing obligations to the other party. In addition, The developer of HERO CAT reserves the right to terminate the service at any time without incurring any obligations to you.
-If the service or your account is terminated at any time and for any reason, you agree that
(1) You will not be entitled to refunds or product portions such as NFTs and Tokens.
(2) You may not access the games or services in any way or for any reasons included through other accounts.
-You acknowledge and agree that the provision of games and services is on a "condition" and "availability" basis.
-You acknowledge and agree that the Games and Services may be interrupted for reasons beyond your control.
-The developer of HERO CAT may modify or change it at any time at our discretion and the changes will take effect immediately upon the announcement of such changes on the official channel of the HERO CAT game. The player agrees to review this agreement by checking in regularly. To be aware of the changes if any changes are not acceptable The player may cancel the agreement. Continued use of the service after the amendment has been posted will be deemed to have accepted the amendment by default.
